From there, we’ll do a fast-paced hour, hearing from some of the industry’s leading skip service providers. Fifteen knowledgable service providers have 3 minutes each to delve into their product offerings, including what makes their product unique and their best success stories. Differentiate between service offerings, and learn what the expectation for the future will be.

We then move to a panel discussion involving asset location. Whether for collection on dormant judgments or locating items to repossess hear the top tips for locating assets and what to do when you find them.

We’ll wind up the session with a panel on skip vendor oversight and management of your skip vendors.

Prior to joining Yamaha, Manfred has held numerous credit risk management positions over a 35+ year career with both retail and wholesale finance companies including Mitsubishi Motors Credit, Hyundai Capital, Chase Auto Finance and WFS. Manfred has a bachelor’s degree from U.C.L.A and professional certificate from U.C.S.D.

Miranda comes from an IT background of 14 years’ experience testing, planning and managing the creation and implementation of both desktop and web based applications. Biography: Justin Conners is currently the VP of Sales and Client Services at Primeritus Financial Services where he previously held the role of General Manager & VP of Operations among other various leadership roles within Primeritus since 2012. He additionally held leadership roles with Manheim Recovery Solutions, Remarketing Solutions, and Renovo Services.

Prior to his roles in the automotive finance industry over the past 13 years, Justin held various operations leadership roles in customer service and service industries.

Denise Cross

Biography: A Third Party and First Party Collections and Operations Management expert, Denise brings 29 years of industry experience to her clients. Her primary focus is workflow analysis and design, with a strong focus on ROI and operational efficiencies.

Her collections experience encompasses a multitude of portfolio types including: deficiency, retail, bankcard, medical, commercial collections, early stage, litigation and student loans. Denise's career started in 1987 as a collector and moved through management, including General Manager. Her areas of expertise include collections-workflow, analytics, legal and operational efficiencies

Jose Delgado

Biography: Delgado possesses more than 21 years of asset recovery/remarketing experience. He has held several key management positions while employed at WFS Financial, HSBC Auto Finance (now Santander Consumer USA) and Manheim Auctions. Delgado was brought on at PAR in 2011 as VP of Sales and was promoted to VP of Sale and Operations in 2014 and most recently promoted to Senior VP of Sales and Business Development. Delgado was named 40 under 40 in 2015.

Delgado has extensive Six Sigma experience which has helped him streamline processes for added efficiencies in his career and possesses a strong background in leadership and customer relationships. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration.

For the last five years Ian has worked with big data in the auto finance space, focusing on data and product launch in the loan originations, servicing, and collections areas. His 25 year track record of leadership in establishing successful programs and directing operations span credit lending, risk management, collections and global information organizations.

Peter’s career encompasses customer care, 1st and 3rd party collections, debt sales and debt purchasing in a variety of market verticals including bankcard, education, auto, mortgage, consumer loans, energy, government, healthcare and telecommunications. Biography: Shawn White was named Chief Operating Officer of Location Services, LLC in December 2017. In this role, Shawn provides oversight for the company’s operational business units, including repossession, skip, and transportation.
