The main topic we will be covering is contacting Millennials and moving their account to a resolution. What kind of technology are you using to contact Millennials? How are you putting calls to action in the forms of communication you are using? With the proposed rules from the CFPB are you looking at the less talked about options to contact Millennials? The topics covered will include phone systems, e-mail, text, webchat, payments via website, messaging over social media and the future.
